Don't forget you have not got long to build your own HDTV PVR, EFF held a build in for people to build their own before HDTV cards have to have broadcast flag.
I would say just buy one from out side the US but every thing we get here also complies to the FCC regs. Plus we don't have HDTV any way where only just getting digital terrestrial.
