Greg Duffy found away around google's protect over on print.google.com. Then a bit stupidly in an attempt to get a job out of them, he told them what he had done. They promptley removed his site from Google and eh was no longer the top search result for his name.
They have no put him back in place, claiming there was a problem with his host, but 10 thou people a day could still read his article about how to get round print.google.
Also if you use Firefox there is a how to here on how to stop Google's never ending cookie that spies upon you at all times.
