Gates On DRM

There is an interesting interview with Microsoft founder Bill Gates over on Gizmodo.

All thou my favorite quote has to be,

Gizmodo: Okay, so say that's true. Do you think that DRM as a roadblock, or Microsoft's role in setting up that roadblock, do you think that's helping artists get paid? Do you think you're helping people protect their money? Gates: That's what they think.

It's like yes I don't really like DRM, but hay they are willing to pay for it, so I am Willing to make it.

A true capitalist if I have ever seen one, next thing he will be saying "let them eat cake!". While he hands out free Palladium ridden copy's of windows 2007.
